Stellenbeschreibung:The Role:My client is expanding rapidly and opening another call centre. You will be responsible for the set up and installation of user desktops. You will then go on to provide support- troubleshooting for all IT problems- desktop users, software and the phone system. You will be the only IT support within this location so attention to detail, motivation and ability to work independently and proactively are essential.IT Technical Support Engineer - MS OS, MS Applications, Active Directory, Windows Server, AD Domain required to join my client in Berlin. Your Responsibilities:Diagnose technical support or IT problems on laptops, desktops and the phone system. Provide solutions and information.Provide regular updates/information/communication to the users on any outstanding problems logged- giving time estimations.You will recognise technical problems that must be escalated promtly.Hardware and Software support.Provide responce to enquiries/requests for support/training.Follow documented procedures for technical support.Ensure business processes are followed by yourself and the users.Your Profile:Fluent in German and English (Written and Spoken)Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and installation with Microsoft Operating Systems.Experience with client configuration of Microsoft Outlook email.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2003/8, AD Domain, DNS, DHCP.Knowledge of TCP/IP, remote desktop software, LAN, WAN, IE, Mozilla.Knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware, stand alone and network printers, helpdesk ticketing system.1st Line Technical Support experience.Possess/Working towards MCP qualification(s)
